H.Plus-405 PC6 (6 Pallets)

The Matsuura H.Plus-405 is a state of the art 4 axis Horizontal Machining Centre configured with 6 pallets for maximum productivity and versatility and a Matsuura Hi-Tech 12,000rpm spindle.

Offering superb accuracy and the ability to reliably run unmanned, the H.Plus-405 also has the largest working envelope in its class for a 500mm pallet machine. Maximum worksize: H750mm x Ø650. Maximum work weight per pallet: 400kg. Number of tools: 240. Equipped with Renishaw Probing, factory fitted at Matsuura.

Flexible tombstone fixturing with ultra quick changeover and set up is available on all 6 pallets to assure very high levels of productivity.

V.Plus-550

The V.Plus-550 - Matsuura’s latest incarnation of its world renowned vertical series incorporates all of their prestigious historical knowledge and experience gained from over 35 years of supplying high performance verticals to the worlds leading companies and industries.

Configured with a Matsuura Hi-Tech 15,000rpm High Speed spindle, this robust and highly accurate workhorse possesses a single table (860mm x 400mm) and a maximum workload of 400kg. A Nikken 4th axis rotary table, factory fitted by Matsuura adds another dimension to the V.Plus-550’s impressive capabilities.

Hitachi Seiki VS 40

The Hitachi Seiki VS 40 is an “Eco.eco” Super Productive Vertical Machining Centre. It‘s an environment and user-friendly, high speed high efficiency machine.

The AI (artificial intelligence) thermal distortion compensating function eliminates thermal influence caused during operating and maintains the machining conditions to high accuracy.

It has a table size of 900mm x 450mm and a maximum table load of 350kg. A spindle range of 120-12000rpm, and is controlled by a Seicos (sigma) 18m CNC control.
